• “Plus” guests are not considered members and may not use the membership card for admission.

Gift memberships may be purchased by phone, at the Zoo’s front gate, or online. You will receive a gift note card to give to your recipient. Recipients redeem gift note cards at the Zoo’s front gate to bGift memberships are available online, by phone, or at the Zoo’s front gate. Upon purchase, you will receive a digital Gift Membership Certificate via email, which can be printed or forwarded to the recipient. The 12-month membership begins when the gift certificate is redeemed.

If you or your recipient have not received the gift certificate within 10 days of purchase, please call us.

Recipients should bring the gift note card the the Zoo within one year of purchase and before the expiration daTo redeem a gift membership:

• Bring the Gift Membership Certificate to the Zoo within two years of purchase and before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
• Present photo ID(s) to receive your digital membership card and begin enjoying benefits immediately.

Expired gift certificates will not be accepted. Please redeem before the expiration date, even if renewing an existing membership.
